Newberry International Produce supports several charities over the year with staff events and direct donations. On 12th October 2024 we will be challenging ourselves by completing a 13.6mile charity hill walk, with a 5mile option, across the Malvern Hills in aid of Parkinson's UK. We are encouraging all staff to take part in the challenge, with the aim of completing the hilly miles together. The event not only raises vital funds for a very good charity it also promotes health and fitness within our teams which is vitally important in these busy times.

Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world, and currently there is no cure.

Anyone can get Parkinson’s, young or old. In the UK, around 153,000 people are already living with Parkinson’s.

Every hour, 2 more people are diagnosed. That’s the same as 18,000 people every year. 1 in 37 people alive today will be diagnosed with Parkinson’s in their lifetime.
