Tierney, Liz, Ellen, Kathryn, and Keira will be taking part in the Sparkle walk on the 5th June for Haven House Children's Hospice.

Haven House is close to all our hearts as it within our community of Woodford Green and the care they can provide to families is so important.

My friend Liz has worked for Haven House Children's Hospice in the past and has seen first hand the amazing and life changing work that they do for children who have life limiting illnesses.

Haven House offers palliative care to children who are reaching the end of their life by providing a caring and supportive environment where families can stay and be near to their children.

They also offer respite care for the families of these children, ensuring that parents/carers have a much needed break, whilst leaving their children in a safe and trusted place where they can have fun and live their lives to the fullest.

Haven House works with the siblings of those needing care, to offer support, guidance and fun. Parents are also provided with cathartic activities/events throughout the year.

These are just a few of the ways that Haven House Children's Hospice supports families who need this extra care.
