Story
I am raising money for a programme I am involved with called young leaders in cricket. This is an independently run course recognised by the England cricket board to provide young people like me to develop their confidence and leadership, learn new skills and give back to their cricket club . I will be volunteering at the club including coaching , training , scoring and umpiring as well as completing modules such as first aid , mental resilience and fundraising.
As a young leader we are expected to cover the cost of this course via fund training and this is where this walk comes in . Any extra funds raised will go to Pirbright cricket club to help make cricket accessible to all who may not get a chance to take part and get involved.
As I love walking around my neighbourhood I thought it would be a good idea to do a sponsored walk of 100km in the month of May.
Please sponsor me whatever you can afford to help me with my young leaders target of £135.

Having hit my 100 km target in may I would like to extend the challenge to June and July - aiming to do 100k in both months - thanks to everyone who has given so generously and please sponsor me if you haven’t ! I am enjoying getting out and walking rain or shine whilst raising money for the club and the young leaders programme
