Too many people have been affected by Cancer. In the last couple of years this has been particularly true in our immediate and extended family.

I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK, who support research and trial cures to prevent unnecessary deaths by any form of cancer.

In the past I've ran a a few marathons and long obstacle courses, but this year I'm going to push a little harder....

Inspired by those I've seen fight this disease, I plan to run a total of 1000 miles by Dec 31st, taking in a couple of marathons, a Spartan Ultra and a few other back to back events along the way.
