TIM's fundraiser for Carers UK

TIM ANFILOGOFF is raising money for Carers UK

Walking the Antonine Way (Scotland) · 21 July 2025

In 2025 Carers UK celebrates its 60th anniversary. To mark this incredible milestone I am taking on a nationwide challenge to raise awareness for the 5.8 million unpaid carers across the UK to ensure they get the recognition and support they deserve.

Story

Across the UK, 5.8 million unpaid carers support loved ones who are older, disabled, or seriously ill. Carers UK has been a lifeline for carers for 60 years, providing essential advice, support, and campaigning for better rights.

I’m fundraising to raise awareness and help Carers UK continue their vital work, ensuring carers feel supported and valued.

I am posting this during Carers Week www.carersweek.org

This is the second of four walks I am doing to raise awareness (and money!) for Carers UK in its 60th year, walking a minimum of 60 miles each time. This time in Scotland along the Antonine Wall, week commencing 21 July.

Every donation helps provide resources and drive positive change. Please give what you can and help make a real difference in the lives of unpaid carers. Thank you!
