*Initial target met.... so now upped to £1250!*

There are very few families who don't feel the impact of dementia. Mine is no different. Having seen 2 of my grandparents suffer the impact of such a cruel illness in their final years, I've decided to put my efforts in to fundraising for a cause very close to my heart. So... in memory of Joan & Bert, here we go... to the Manchester Marathon!

I've never run a marathon before. I'll have to dig in past where my legs and lungs have ever been before, and it certainly won't be easy... it isn't meant to be! To keep me motivated on the hard days, and remind myself of why I'm running, this fundraiser will be a massive voice in my ear telling me to keep going!

So, I'm calling on everyone who I send this to, who see's it on my social media, to all Notts County fans, work colleagues, and old pals... please give whatever you can, and don't forget the gift aid!
