Setting off on Wednesday 11th September; Adrian Trimmings, Richard Tonkinson, James Turner, Steven Archer, Gavin Booth & I will be cycling 1,000 miles, over 10 days, from Land's End to John O'Groats.

We are raising money for 5 different charities; St. James's Place Charitable Foundation, Mind, Family Fund, Macmillan Cancer Support & the MS Society.

The work carried out by these 5 charities is incredibly valuable and the money donated will make a meaningful difference to a significant number of people.
