I'll be running the Great Scottish Run Half Marathon on Sunday Oct 4th in support of Sunflower Scotland. They are an Edinburgh-based Scottish charity, delivering humanitarian aid directly from Scotland and the UK to frontline hospitals, medics, rehabilitation centres, orphans and disabled children in Ukraine.

I've volunteered with two aid convoys driving to Ukraine, seeing first-hand how Sunflower Scotland thoughtfully provide aid to those who most need it.
