I am taking part in Walk Wales with James Hook virtual challenge.

I will be walking 60 miles from 23rd May to the end of June to support Wales Air Ambulance Charity.

Every year they need to raise £11.2m to keep the helicopters in the sky and rapid response vehicles on the road. The teams onboard, deliver advance critical care to patients across Wales 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
