Welcome to my AJ Bell Great North Run 2026 profile page for Diabetes UK.

As you may know our eldest daughter Jess was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in January 2025. We continue to be so proud of her determination, positivity and resilience as she manages the daily challenges diabetes throws at her.

Diabetes UK along with our local NHS have been incredible in their support and insightful information for both Jess and our family as a whole. This is my way of giving a bit back!

For those that know me, I am not much of a runner, but I am looking forward to raising some much needed funds for this amazing charity!
