Running in 2025 to fundraise for Parkinson’s UK

Tim Moody is raising money for Parkinson’s UK

Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2025 · 24 May 2025 ·

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

May 25th - Edinburgh Marathon

October 5th - Cardiff Half Marathon

In 2025 I am taking on a Half Marathon (Cardiff in October) and on Sunday, 25th May, I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon. Both of these efforts will be to raise money for Parkinson's UK.

Recently, the work of Parkinson's UK has been brought closer to home after my father-in-law was diagnosed with a Parkinson's-related illness earlier this year. This, along with good friends who have family members affected by Parkinson's, has inspired me to raise money for Parkinson's UK and their vital research and support work.

Any donations are always welcome and keep an eye out for some fundraising events in the new year!!
