My choir, Eclectic Voices, is putting on a full production of Handel's Messiah, free of charge to the audience (details below). This is a costly business!

Music is one of my great passions, another is architecture, and I have been fortunate to spend the better part of my career with AHMM. To raise funds I am planning to run through London and pass as many AHMM-designed buildings as possible, with the aim of visiting 33 projects, one for each year of the practice's 33-year history. How far will I run? I don't know yet; I'm going to keep going for as long as I can ...

The People's Messiah is a full performance of Handel's Messiah, with the professional musicians of the City Bach Collective, professional soloists, and Eclectic Voices choir. This performance will be on Palm Sunday, 2nd April, 4pm, at Union Chapel, Islington. It is part of Eclectic Voices' Outreach vision to bring live music to those who might not hear it, and this performance will be entirely free to the audience. We hope that you will be able to support us by contributing to the costs of presenting this programme.
