Story
Every day, another 240 people wake up to the life-changing impact of a stroke. I am taking on the Stroke Association's "62 Miles in October 2026" sporting challenge to honour that reality and to help ensure that no one has to face recovery alone. On 1 October 2026, I will begin this journey with determination, hope, and the belief that every mile can help make a difference.
Stroke can affect anyone, and recovery can be a long and difficult journey. That is why the work of the Stroke Association matters so deeply: providing lifelong support, guidance, and encouragement for stroke survivors and their families when they need it most. With the right support, progress is possible, confidence can return, and lives can be rebuilt.
I am aiming to raise as much as possible for the Stroke Association, and I would be truly grateful for your support. Please donate if you can and help me turn every mile into lasting help for people affected by stroke.
