Nol yn Medi 2024 cafodd Arwel, Becky, Dylan, Sharon a Gwawr gyfle anhygoel i ganolbwyntio ar a gwella iechyd a lles meddyliol a chorfforol drwy gymryd rhan yng nhyfres deledu Ty Ffit. Ma’n saff i ddeud fod y 5 ohonon ni wedi elwa cymaint o’r profiad ac yn iachach, cryfach ac hapusach o ganlyniad. Felly mae’n amser i ni edrych ymlaen i’r her fawr nesaf a chael talu mlaen. Felly yn Medi 2025 (12 mis ar ôl mynd mewn i’r Ty am y tro cyntaf) byddwn ni ynghyd â Naomi (un o fentoriaid anhygoel Ty Ffit) yn cymryd rhan yn “Ras yn erbyn yr Haul / Race the Sun” lle byddwn ni yn taclo 30 milltir ar feic, 9 milltir o gerdded (gan gynnwys fyny ac i lawr yr wyddfa) ac yna gorffen gyda 2 filltir o badlo (kayakio) ar Lyn Padarn - a byddwn ni’n anelu i wneud hyn i gyd cyn i’r haul fachlyd.

Back in September 2024 Arwel, Becky, Dylan, Sharon and Gwawr had an incredible opportunity to focus on and improve our mental and physical health by taking part in the Ty Ffit television series.

It's safe to say that the 5 of us benefited so much from the experience and are healthier, stronger and happier as a result. So it's time for us to look forward to the next big challenge and pay it forward.

So in September 2025 (12 months after entering the House for the first time) we, along with Naomi (one of Ty Ffit's amazing mentors) will take part in "Race the Sun" where we will tackle 30 miles by bike, 9 miles on foot (including up and down Yr Wyddfa) and then finish with 2 miles of kayaking on Llyn Padarn - and we will aim to do all this before the sun sets.
