I'm doing the great north run(roll) in my daily chair to raised as much as I can for spinal research uk, a charity that is doing everything they can to help people like me with spinal injury,,having a spinal injury can have a huge impact on your life but it also has a huge impact on loved ones..I have seen first hand the changes my wife and son have made over the years to support me and to include me in things outside of home..

This time round I get to do the great north with my son and my cousin and 4 other friends.

I will be extremely greatful to any donations for this charity and hopefully my page can be shared to raise awareness.
