My name is Manya, I am a Duty Manager in Nuffield Health Fountain Park but I also volunteer with Time 4 Mum - charity that's dedicated to support mothers, create a safe space for them and offer practical help.

I’m truly passionate about empowering women and supporting mums who often put themselves last. Growing up, my mum always gave us everything at Christmas and never kept anything back for herself. That memory has stayed with me, and it’s one of the reasons I want to prioritise mums this year — the women who give so much and rarely receive the same care in return.
