Hi there, we are small group of staff and members from Time and Space and we will be taking part in the Kiltwalk in Glasgow to raise money for the charity (SC042547).

Time and Space is a mental health support service providing groups, counselling and support to people who hear voices and people who self harm.

All funds raised will directly benefit members.

£10 provides lunch/biscuits for members for two weeks

£20 provides counselling with one of our amazing volunteer counsellors for a month.

£50 is the average amount our hardship fund gives to members to help with the cost of living.
