I am raising money for the fantastic work they do at Dougie Mac.

The hospice bring a fantastic level of support to patient's, families and friends in very difficult circumstances. They provide a great deal of care to the people from our local area.

The support that they provide to patient's nearing the end of their lives and the support provided to loved ones after such tragic circumstances is priceless to those involved. I have seen how deeply impactful this is first-hand and wish to raise as much as possible to help them to continue to provide such outstanding support.

I am running Chester marathon on Sunday 5th October followed by a trip to the big smoke to finally run the London Marathon on Sunday 26th April! After 10 years of failing in the ballot I have been accepted by Dougie Mac for one of their charity places and want to repay them and their support by raising as much as possible.

As well as the marathons I will be arranging additional events to support the fundraising.
