In the latest of a long line of doing daft things for charity I bring you the opportunity to support me in The Hospice Strictly Come Dancing Competition 2026 !

I fully expect be towards the upper end of the age profile of the tournament (but that didn’t stop Bill Bailey - and it won’t stop me)!

So whilst I’m making a complete( and I suspect rather public) ‘show’ of myself in an effort to entertain and raise as much money as I can -the least you wonderful person can do is to support this OAP in his challenge !!

Hopefully everyone appreciates what the Hospice movement does for their local communities. We are so fortunate to have The Hospice Of the Good Shepherd looking after us in Chester - it provides its services free of charge to its patients but at a cost of £5.6 million to run each year with just 17% of the funding received coming from statutory sources. The remaining 83% is raised from a range of fundraising activities and the support of the generous local community in Cheshire.
