I'm cycling 500km around Malawi to raise funds for two great organisations, Gold Youth and Love Support Unite Foundation (LSU).

Malawi is one of the poorest countries in the world, where many children grow up facing significant challenges - hunger, limited access to education and a lack of opportunities that so many of us take for granted. For many young people, the future can feel uncertain before it's even begun.

Gold Youth and LSU empower children and vulnerable communities with education, skills training and support that helps them build independent, self sufficient futures. They give hope and opportunity where it's really needed.
