In September I will be hiking Ben Nevis - with my son Ashley - which at 1345m, is the UKs highest mountain.

We are hoping to raise funds for The Jersey Heart Support Group. The have helped to provide automated external Defibrillators and help with education and training of CPR in Jersey.
