Completing the GNR is something that has been on my bucket list for a very long time however I have never had a reason to run for a fundraiser.

On the 27th of May 2024 Marley took her own life, she was just 20 years young!

Marley, a beautiful, funny, gentle soul - who had your whole life ahead of you. Growing up together through school into young adults - I am incredibly lucky to call you a friend and that I was able to share a piece of your life with you. Marls you are my reason.

I am raising money for PAPYRUS, the national charity dedicated to preventing young suicide. PAPYRUS provides HOPELINE247, a helpline offering urgent support to young people in crisis. Every call answered can be the difference between life and death. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 - where on average, around five young individuals take their lives each day.

Depression isn’t always visible, check up on ALL your loved ones. And please if you are struggling REACH OUT. You are someone’s child, friend, sibling, colleague. You are never ever alone. REACH OUT. A problem shared is a problem halved. The present moment does not define the future. Things do get better.
