Story
Last year we raised an incredible amount of money for a small charity close to our hearts in memory of Jude Rocco Ross to support other families who sadly suffer from infertility & baby loss.
In that moment we committed to being ambassadors of this amazing charity and the work that they do, attending the ball last October we saw the true impact of all the work Sam does and the sheer amount of families she helps.
The money we raised has enabled them to take a leap of growth doing things that would never have been possible. They have secured a premises for 3 years, employed a member of staff one day a week, grown the services with a global reach and so much more.
What is important now is that we stand by them in this growth to ensure they can continue all of the work they do and to support many more families whilst keeping the legacy alive of many babies.
We’ve decided to travel coast to coast (West Kirby beach back to Hull) on children’s push scooters which is 150 miles and starts on Saturday 13th June 2026. We’ll be going into this new adventure with the same experience as last time, NONE. We plan on winging it every step of the way, staying in 1 star hotels and bringing you entertainment on the internet as we move.
We are raising the profile of a taboo subject and making sure no one is left behind or feels alone and that Chasing Rainbows goes from strength to strength.
4500 babies die a year in late pregnancy or shortly after birth. Around 8 babies a day in the UK are stillborn. 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage. There is estimated over 100,000 miscarriages a year.
These figures are absolutely heartbreaking and the more work we all collectively put in together, the more families can receive the support they deserve.
We’ll see you on the road (or paths).
