This May, Llion & I are taking on the Hyrox Challenge in Cardiff — a demanding physical challenge that will push us well outside our comfort zones.

We are doing it for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that provides vital care, guidance, and support to people living with cancer and their loved ones when they need it most.

Macmillan nurses and services are there through some of the hardest moments imaginable — offering medical care, emotional support, and reassurance when it truly matters. Their work changes lives every single day.
