Earlier this year I lost my dear Gran Jan to cancer.

Whilst I was very sad and I miss her so much, it was comforting to see how well looked after she was in a hospice. Their kindness and care made her comfortable in her last days and allowed her to go with dignity.

In her memory I am doing a sponsored litter pick every day from 20th - 27th December to raise money for my local Wirral Hospice St Johns.

Hospices are amazing places and rely solely on donations and fundraising activities. I would be so grateful for anything you can give.
