On the evening of 14 March, a team from TLD will be tackling the 2025 London Walk to raise awareness of the problem of homelessness and funds for Baron's Court Project, TLD's charity partner for 2025.

Barons Court Project is the only service of its type in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham that offers direct access specifically to people who are street homeless and have a mental illness. It receives referrals from GPs, community psychiatric nurses, social workers and hostel keyworkers. BCP's services include Drop-In's, Life-Skills workshops, 1-1 advice and subsidised meals, showers and laundry. It aims to build service users self-esteem, confidence and hope, and prevent them from suffering the effects of isolation and loneliness.
