10 years ago my Mum and I completed the first 50km of the Thames Path Ultra Challenge. To mark the occasion we are going to complete the second 50km this year.

SRUK are a charity very close to our hearts. My Mum was diagnosed with scleroderma almost 20 years ago. Scleroderma is a rare chronic autoimmune disease. In simple terms the immune system triggers excessive collagen production causing scarring of internal organs and skin. There is currently no cure and sadly for some sufferers it has proved fatal. SRUK support and work towards improving the lives of those affected.
