TLT London's Cycling Challenge for XLP

TLT Cycling Challenge for XLP · 3 July 2026

Founded in 1996, XLP aims to serve the community by meeting the social, educational and behavioural needs of young people, empowering them to make wise lifestyle choices and to realise their potential. Visit www.xlp.org.uk to find out more.

Story

This summer, Nick Curling, Lily McGuire and Fergus Spence from TLT's London office, will be part of a determined peloton of TLT cyclists taking on an ambitious challenge: a 140-mile ride from our London home to TLT’s Bristol office in a single day, all to raise vital funds for XLP.

Setting off at dawn from our Gresham Street office in London on 3 July, we will tackle one of the firm’s most demanding fundraising challenges to date, with an anticipated arrival at our Bristol office 12 to 14 hours later.

This is a significant undertaking that will test endurance, determination and teamwork—but it is all for an excellent cause. We are raising funds for XLP, a charity that strives to create positive futures for young people across London through mentoring, community outreach, an employability programme and a programme to keep young people in school. Every donation matters; if we raise just £1,500 we enable XLP to support a young person for a whole year.

Your support will help turn every mile ridden into brighter futures for young people in London. Thank you for helping us make a difference.
