On 10th July, colleagues from Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC) including Donato Minerva, Thomas Keefe, Garret U, Teresa De Nobrega and Irene Dang will take part in an exciting fundraising event alongside Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) to support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Colleagues will be participating in a charity abseil, descending the iconic Lloyd’s Building in the City of London.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. They ensure their nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, they will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

By taking on this thrilling challenge, TMHCC aims to raise funds to support The Royal Marsden’s vital ground-breaking research in immunotherapy. Immunotherapy involves harnessing a patient’s own immune system to fight cancer, leading to more personalised and effective treatment plans for patients.
