London 2 Brighton Ultra Challenge 2025 · 24 May 2025 to 25 May 2025 ·

Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

My wonderful Dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2016. The diagnosis process alone was distressing and painful. He had major surgery in 2017.

I cannot say enough about the dignity and courage my Dad displayed during his journey. I also hope that the treatment options and support available improve as time marches on, hence wanting to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK.

I will be using my Dad as inspiration during the tough miles in this event. And I am blessed enough to be seeing him the day we finish to give him a big hug as he is alive, well and thinks I am mad for putting myself through a 100km hike.
