Cycling (let's hope the whole way) 100 miles of the Brecon Beacons to raise money for Havens Hospices who do incredible work looking after people with incurable conditions and their families. They did an amazing job with my family and continue to do so for countless others across the country but with very limited funding.

Every donation - no matter the size - is very welcome to support both the Hospice and give me and my brother a much needed boost up some interesting looking hills - including a reassuringly named 'Devils Elbow'.
