Story

Hi everyone,

In April 2026, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life: running the London Marathon. I’m doing it to raise funds for Ménière's & Vestibular UK - a charity that is very personal to me

Having been diagnosed with Ménière's disease in 2015, I know first-hand just how life-changing the condition can be. I’ve experienced the dizziness, nausea, vertigo, tinnitus and uncertainty it brings to day-to-day life. After years and waves of symptoms, it has left me deaf in one ear. The unpredictability it brings can be overwhelming, and without the right support it’s easy to feel isolated or lost.

That’s why this charity is so important. Ménière's & Vestibular UK provides vital information, community, and guidance for people living with vestibular disorders. They help people find balance again - literally and figuratively - and give them hope during some of their most difficult moments.

By supporting my marathon challenge, you’re helping to ensure that others facing these conditions don’t have to go through it alone. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference.

Thank you so much for your generosity and encouragement. It means more than you know.
