Cycling the coast of Britain for surfers against sewage!

Toby Howard is raising money for Surfers Against Sewage

Cycling the coast of Britain! · 1 April 2026

Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) is a charity set up in 1990 by people sick of seeing the ocean they love polluted. We campaign to protect the ocean and all it makes possible, by taking action on the ground that triggers change from the top. We're calling for an end to sewage and plastic pollution.

Story

I’m Toby and I’m going to cycle the coast of Britain, 7000km, to raise money for surfers against sewage. Along the way I’m going to document the beauty of our coastline and showcase why it needs help, due to plastic pollution, sewage and other toxic wastes that are being dumped on coastlines all across the world. Any donation will help make an impact.
