Gonna be riding London to Brighton this summer to raise money for Mind, some of you may not know, but in October 2020 I lost my little brother Adam to suicide and as a family we've done a few fundraisers for mental health charities and I've decided I want to do my own in 2026.

Mental health problems are such a common issue these days and affect us all, whether directly or indirectly. While it might seem like an impossible task to tackle this crisis, every penny raised will add up and hopefully do some good for somebody like Adam who is struggling to cope.
