In celebration to the run up to Down Syndrome Awareness Month in October, Our intrepid T21 tiddly peeps and their families will be yet again be joining together for T21’s Annual:

“A walk in the Park” Sponsored Walk on Sunday 6th September.

Legs of all sizes will be busy stomping out 3 circuits of Preston Park Stockton in attempt to raise vital funds we need for our project!

So, we have set up this fundraising page in the hope you will join with us and give generously in support of our T21 superheroes and help us raise funds so that us and all our friends at Together 21 can continue to learn and support each other just as a families should do!

Life may not always be “A walk in the park” for our children, but we hope you will support them as they take steps to take charge of their futures as they prepare to celebrate this important month together.

TOGETHER 21 is family-centred project that provides fun-packed weekly sessions to support children and young people with Down syndrome 0 to 18 + yrs, supporting both child & family acquire essential skills to equip them to meet the future with confidence. This unique project provides a safe space for children and families to build friendships within peer groups, develop practical /social skills, boost confidence and celebrate successes whilst encouraging every child to realise their individual potential. Sessions focus on.

Speech/Language/Communication (including Makaton)

Literacy/Numeracy / Sensory Play / Fine & Gross Motor-Skills / Hydro pool work

Social Skills/Emotional Wellbeing /School Preparation

All monies go to ensuring this service can continue to support families both now and in the future. Join with us, to help change the lives and perceptions.
