Story
Our beautiful Jessie was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma brain tumour in October 2022, and despite several surgeries, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, sadly lost her battle in November 2023, aged 36.
Last year we raised just over £2,000 at our Fitness and Pilates Fundraiser and now we need your help again…
Join us on Sunday 24th November at 10am for a Pilates Fundraiser & Raffle to raise money for the Brain Tumour Research charity, in loving memory of Jess.
The Pilates session will be for all levels and will be taken by Claire Robinson, a fully qualified instructor from LYFE UK. Claire is also running the Bath Half Marathon next March for Jess and Brain Tumour Research, so this is a great way to show our support and raise as much as we can!
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002. Please help us fund the fight and find a cure for this illness that so desperately needs more funding.

Price - £20 donation
Where - Purton Village Hall (or via Zoom link) 70 Station Road, Purton, Swindon SN5 4AJ
What to bring - Water and a mat
To secure your space for the fundraiser, please kindly make your £20 donation on this page, making sure to include your name.
Please bring any extra pennies you have as there will be a chance to purchase raffle tickets on the day and make any extra donations for some refreshments after the session.
The Raffle
Raffle tickets are £5 a strip and we have some amazing prizes which have kindly been donated by local businesses and Jess’ family & friends.
The Raffle will be drawn at the fundraiser but don’t worry if you’re a lucky winner and not at the event as we will contact you.
