My oldest friend has set up a charity that designs and runs inspiring and unique educational events in schools to show young people that there is more to life than what might at first appear - because that’s just the kind of guy he is!

He has pledged to cycle 300 miles in 3 weeks… but I’m just joining him for one long ride to keep him company, his London - Brighton ride.
