On the 1st of July, Josh and I will be completing an Iron Man. This is our next challenge after running a full marathon, which many people kindly supported and donated towards.

Over the past few months, Josh and I have dedicated countless hours to train and push ourselves to succeed. We want to show what can be achieved if discipline adheres to reason and we can accomplish something that is representative of those connected to our lives and show how much they mean to us.

We will again be raising money for Mary Stevens Hospice. This charity remains the same and of similar notion, with such vital importance and a powerful message. It means a lot to fight and show how much this charity means to us now and forever.

We will create our own event to the sum of the distances, in order to involve those who wish to join sections of the race, including my Brother Luke and his Dad Mark. We will update this page with a decided route and additional members who wish to partake in our journey.

A full Iron Man will be completed consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 miles bike ride and finishing with a marathon. We will push as hard as possible to get to the end, and any donations will be greatly appreciated by us and Mary Stevens Hospice. Thank you in advance 😁
