Ironman Triathlon Challenge for MenWalkTalk – Supporting Men’s Mental Health
On 23rd August this year, I’ll be pushing my limits to complete a solo Ironman distance triathlon – a challenge consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112 -mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon run, all in one day. I expect to be on the move for 12 to 14 hours, and every step, stroke, and pedal will be driven by a cause close to my heart: men’s mental health.
I’m raising funds and awareness for MenWalkTalk, a fantastic UK charity dedicated to supporting men’s mental well-being. They work tirelessly to break the stigma around men’s mental health, encouraging open conversations, providing support groups, resources, and counselling to help men talk, connect, and seek help when they need it most.
Mental health challenges can affect anyone, and too often, men suffer in silence. MenWalkTalk is changing that, and I want to do my part to support their life-changing work.
I’d love your support – whether it’s a donation, sharing this page, or simply spreading the word about MenWalkTalk. Every contribution will help this brilliant charity continue to make a difference in men’s lives.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we can help break the stigma and ensure no man feels alone.
