The Fire Fighters Charity offers specialist lifelong health & wellbeing support for the UK fire & rescue community, empowering individuals and families to achieve mental, physical and social wellbeing throughout their lives. This includes serving and retired firefighters, control and support teams.

Story

I was the victim of hate crime so need to learn how to defend myself. Firefighters saved my life so the cause means a lot to me too.

Recently I have started learning Thai boxing. This is pre-training before the boxing training with ULTRA events then 8 weeks later I will have a real fight and I do not expect to win.

This is all for charity and a good cause So if you can donate whatever u can afford or give my page a share or encourage others I would be most grateful. Also if you know anyone who would sponsor me that would be awesome too please.
