HAB is the only day centre in Barnet dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness and at risk of losing their homes helping them plan to make real change.

During winter they run the night shelter, which offers a safe place to sleep away from the harshest conditions of a night on the streets.

When they move people into longer-term accommodation, your gift can provide essentials that turn a room into a home: warm bedding, toiletries, clothing - small comforts that help to restore dignity.

It can also cover the everyday costs many of us barely notice - a bus fare to an appointment, phone credit to call a loved one, or the ability to stay connected with vital support services.

For most of us, winter is an inconvenience. But for people experiencing homelessness, it can be a harsh, dangerous and isolating season.
