Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

One Year on from Getting of the crutches after breaking my leg in multiple places playing Rugby, I decided to try and get a place for the London marathon.

With the need of a challenge, the realisation Rugby days as a player were over and the fact my last challenge for charity was 2019, a ride from lands end to John o'Groats for Cystic fibrosis.

I decided a running challenge would make real sense!! coupled with the fact my Sister Rose ran the marathon this year and me not wanting to be out done I issued her the challenge of joining me for the next one.

And thats how i ended up here, with both of us getting a place for 2024 Running for Dementia Uk in memory of Roses Dad Mike (my step Dad) who passed away due to Dementia.

All the money donated will Enable Families living with Dementia in the UK to access more Support, it will also ensure I have no chance to back out!!!
