We were all incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of our good friend Tom Hudson in 2024.

We are again doing something to honour Tom's memory, and we thought given how Tom was always the first to do things for others, we would organise another football tournament in Tom's memory, to raise money for the York City FC Foundation.

The tournament details are below. We have set up this fundraising page for anybody who is not able to play, but would like to donate some money in Tom's memory.

Tournament details:

The tournament will be held at the 6 a side pitches at the Huntington School Astro Turf on Saturday 18th July, from 11am to 4pm.

We would love to raise as much money as possible in Tom's memory for his two charities. The cost for playing in the tournament will be £20pp, with all proceeds being divided equally between the two charities less the cost of the pitch hire.

Everybody who knew Tom is welcome to sign up to play.

We are then going to go for a few beers afterwards at the Huntington Sports Club also.
