On 9th June every year, I like to take on a challenge. This year is no different. I'll be accumulating as much ascent as possible by climbing a rope, in 24 hours. While the details of the challenge are still to be ironed out to conform with Guinness's requirements for record breaking, it will take place at Central Staffs CrossFit from the 8th-9th June, 2026. As with some of my previous challenged, all proceeds will go to YESS. Please read below for a little information about them.

YESS provides crucial mental health support for young people and adults, offering a safe space to be heard. A session with a counselor costs YESS £65, your donation can contribute to subsidising these sessions. Last year, we reached over 1,000 people, helping them build resilience and hope. “Talking to my counselor gave me hope when I had none,” shared one client.
