On March 15th, I'm going to take the plunge and challenge myself to abseil 30 meters of Bristol's iconic Avon Gorge!

Why? Because right now, more than 1 million people in the south west are living in poverty. Meanwhile, 4.6 million tonnes of quality, edible food – enough for more than 10 billion meals – is wasted every year across the food industry, causing irreparable climate damage.
