I am riding the 32nd edition of L'Étape du Tour de France will be held on 06 July 2024 (changed from 7th due to French elections) on the route of the 20th stage of the Tour de France, between Nice and the Col de la Couillole, a 138km route with more than 4,600 metres of ascent, including the climbs of the Col de Braus, Col de Turini, Col de la Colmiane and Col de la Couillole.

This will be my main goal this year but I have a second smaller warm-up event in March, Paris Nice Challenge which is the same as the pro's will race on the final stage on the Sunday stage. It is 6 cols (1 is an extra option the pros won't race but it is the first climb in L'etape du tour) in total 2928m / 88 miles.

I am raising some money for cancer, it has affected many of us but also my wife's dad/father in law who is no longer here who we unfortunately lost last November who had it for 6 years. The 2 events I hope will inspire you to donate something towards this great cause.
