Story

Sadly our Dad passed away suddenly on 1 October 2024. Although Dad had been unwell in recent times, he would always bounce back, ever resilient.

We are taking donations in lieu of flowers.

Dad was an avid supporter (and investor!) in the arts and loved attending the theatre. As such, we are taking donations for Theatre Royal Plymouth, where Dad saw his final show earlier this year; The Artist, which was produced by his son and which Dad was immensely proud.

Theatre Royal is a registered charity which funds many key projects across the city which help children and their families enjoy the theatre. I have personally been involved with a certain project 'Playhouse' for over a decade and this enables underprivileged children to attend and perform at the theatre in front of their families. This is often the first time either the children or their families have attended the theatre.

We will be placing a plaque for Dad on the seats which we always booked in the stalls. This way Dad can continue to enjoy future shows with us, each time we attend the theatre.

Thank you for your consideration and for thinking of Dad.

Kind regards

Tom and Jack
