This year we are hosting West Kirby Live to support Maggie's Wirral.

Maggie’s is a charity providing free cancer support and information in a purpose-built centre, on the grounds of Clatterbridge Cancer centre. Supporting people from Wirral, Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales.

Maggie's help people take back control when cancer turns life upside down, with support for anything from treatment side effects to money worries.

Maggie’s Wirral is a home from home – reflecting and responding to the needs of our local community. Unlike the cold, clinical hospital corridors, Maggie’s Wirral is domestic and non-clinical, providing a peaceful haven, vibrant and full of life. There is no reception desk, signs on any of the doors, or any clocks, because you can stay at Maggie’s for as long as you need us.

This environment offers significant features, where centre visitors can find peace amongst the nature and countryside whilst embracing the indoor warmth that is Maggie’s. Maggie’s Wirral provides a safe space of calmness amongst the chaos that a cancer diagnosis can bring.

West Kirby Live is a day of music, entertainment and lots of fun, to help keep Maggie's doors open for those who need it most.
