Aim : Bailey and I, along with several of my colleagues from Virgin Media O2, will be taking on the Coed y Rhaiadr trail in the Brecon Beacons on Monday 4th August.

It’s a 17.4 km circular route near Ystradfellte, Powys, classed as a challenging hike that should take just over 5 hours to complete.

We’re doing this in support of Lymphoma research and care, following the diagnosis of a colleague’s mother-in-law in December 2024.

This would be to raise as much money as possible for Lymphoma action.

Lymphoma Action is the UK’s only charity dedicated to lymphoma, the fifth most common cancer.
