We will be taking on the Coniston Challenge 2024 to support Alder Hey Children's Charity

- 15km Bike ride (ouch my a**e)

- 11.8km Hike to the summit of the iconic Old Man of Coniston (ouch my legs)

- 3km Canoeing adventure across Coniston Lake (ouch my back)

Hoping to raising as money as possible for such a fantastic hospital, so they can continue supporting so many children and their families.
